Arctic Spirits OÜ is developing a digital-first beverage retail business based in Estonia.
The company will act as the legal retailer for sales carried out through its own consumer services and selected partner-operated retail solutions.
Our business model combines:
- online beverage retail;
- cross-border distance sales;
- European wholesale sourcing;
- direct-to-consumer fulfillment;
- beverage marketplace solutions;
- white label retail partnerships; and
- beverage gifts and special product collections.
The company does not intend to rely on a traditional physical retail-store model.
Instead, products will primarily be sourced from selected European wholesalers, distributors and producers and delivered through professional logistics and fulfillment partners.
Initial Market - Finland
Finland is Arctic Spirits OÜ's first planned consumer market.
The company is preparing its operations to comply with the Finnish requirements applicable to cross-border alcohol distance sales, including applicable taxation, consumer protection and age-controlled delivery requirements.
After establishing the Finnish operation, Arctic Spirits may evaluate expansion into additional Nordic markets.
